#19: How to Change Your Habits and Accomplish Your Goals


We all have our vices: TV, Facebook, porn, sweets, coffee, and other distractions take up our time, threaten our health, and deter us from our goals. Changing one part of the habit loop can change all of that and give you the ability to live the life you want instead of one dictated by unconscious decisions.

I could never stop listening to my excuses and find the motivation to do cardio. Their always seemed to be something else more important going on. So I made a couple of VERY simple changes to my life that anybody can do and was able to complete a half Ironman in a few months.  You can apply these habit changes to any part of your life and experience incredible results…it just takes time.
